Issue launching games from MAME wheel

Hi Guys, am a newbie to all of this and have just installed HyperSpin & RocketLauncher.

Presently I can navigate my MAME wheel but when it comes to pressing enter to launch the game I get the attached DLL error.

Have also included my HyperSpin settings.ini as well. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, turns out it was just a case of running the RL transition update pack. As it was a fresh install of both programs I didn't think I needed to run it.
