MAME sound samples not loading in Hyperspin

Hi all when I load MAME using MAMEUI64 all the sound samples load fine, however when I load up Hyperspin none of the sound samples get loaded, does anyone know how I can point Hyperspin to load the mame/samples directory?  Cheers.
