MS-DOS/Dfend Setup Hyperspin

As the Title says anyone have a link/Guide in how to setup Dosbox/Dfend with hyperspin? ive googled everywhere ive tryed on my own and i can barely half the time get defend to work alone

Hyperspin supports it perfect, & allows custom scripts to re-map keys.

Every game can have a different script, I  have a trackball in my cabinet.

I mapped left & right mouse buttons for my point & click games.

That is your problem their, it must work outside hyperspin.
