Certain button combinations causing hyper-spin to lose focus

Hello.. Its been a long time since I have posted.

I am using the hyperspin beta and a older version of hyperlaunch.

For some damn reason in MAME any time I press the buttons ASQ or WE[ at the same time on my X arcade tank stick hyperspin will lose focus.

 

I noticed it during fighting games. I does not do this when I run MAME outside of hyperspin..

I tried looking at my Hyperlaunch settings and my hyperspin ini and I do not see any settings that would cause this button combination to crash things..

 

Any insight?

Any ideas? This is so annoying.. Its only happening in hyperspin.. I did upgrade to rlauncher and it still does it.. Holding down three buttons kicks me out to the game selection screen while mame runs in the background..

Figured it out... I feel retarded.. The S and Q is mapped to a emergency exit script button and rlauncher... I missed it somehow.. I feel like the player 2 controls in hyper HQ were also messing things up but ill confirm that later..
