Domasi
So it's been 3 months on and off since I started working on my cabinet and thought I would share a few pictures to see if I can solicit any constructive criticism. It is a custom job and I am using a old 2 on 2 Open Ice box for concept. I have a LCD monitor for a marquee and a new 29" CRT from Happs. I salvaged the coin ops from 2 on 2 and i'm creating a custom credit management system to allow me to control when my daughter can play and for how long. The art is being done by a friend of mine who is a comic artist for Marvel. I have also created Neon on the sides which I will cut out holes to recess them inside the cabinet. I have a projector which I will install to allow what is being played to show on a wall behind the arcade or high score if need be. All buttons will be LED lit and Nixie tubes will be used for the credit display. Lightguns from Aimtrak have been setup and i'm working on holsters or pockets for them. I'm hoping to have more done in the next few weeks as I am working on the body every saturday but I have the hyperspin system setup very well and should have that done in a few days. Systems setup are: Mame Sony Playstation Daphne Atari 2600 Atari 5200 Atari Lynx NES SNES Nintendo 64 Gameboy Advance Gamecube Sega master System Sega Genesis Sega CD Sega Dreamcast Sega Gamegear Turbografx 16 Neo Geo 3DO Here are some videos and pictures. Thanks and any feedback helps.

markelhombre
Nice artwork! Are you gonna build a tarvis-styled cabinet?
Domasi
Not so much. I have built two tardis' and this being my first arcade I wanted to incorporate a little of my old builds. That said, the side art is more gaming themed. They are coming shortly.

Domasi
Here is a update. The cabinet is 99% done. Just need the Nixie tube circuit and everything is setup physically. I have all the emulators working but I need mapping for certain games. Should have it up and ready for Florida Supercon.
