What Programs do i need ?

Just installed a fresh win 8.1, since i had some issues in win 7 with some 3rd party apps for hyperspin (hypersearch), so i toke the chance and installed win8, but still the same.

 

It's like hyperspin will always be in focus.

When i enter a game, it starts up for a few seconds, then hyperspin takes control, and the emulator runs i the background ?

 

Is there any specific programs, that hyperspin/rocketlauncher needs,to run perfectly ?

 

 

And can my rocketlauncher folder be inside hyperspin folder, or should it be outside (think i read somewhere it should be outside)
