There is also two different versions for "Defender of the Crown (Europe)" as it came in both a tall box and normal jewel case.

  6. Will those obscure systems even be available in HyperBase? I now have completed Icons/Banners for most console & handheld systems except a few that I didn't have system logos for. Don't have time to redraw the logos myself right now so I'll wait for someone else to make them and then add them to the set. Not sure how the arcade systems should look...consoles/computers/handhelds are easy but cabinets are a bit too big to fit in a small icon. Maybe I'll fix the computer systems first.

    The gameboy db can be found in the download section. I'm nit sure that hyperlist has the right one. I uploaded the correct one and that db matches the official wheel pack also found in the download section. The db team is doing a great job but they have a lot to do.

  15. Well, if you don't need 8 buttons for all 4 players you could spare some for admin. I've seen a lot of cabs with 8 buttons for player 1 & 2 and 6 buttons for player 3 & 4. Or even 6 buttons for all...depending on your needs. Or 7 buttons for all players. Anyway you would get at least 4 admin buttons. And the PC power on button is connected directly to the motherboard so that would give you 5 admins. But it might not be enough anyway for you.
  16. I have a blast city kinda clone candy cab running HS. It's a jamma cab so all I had to do was buy a J-pac and arcade-vga from ultimarc and all is well and good. But yes it will be only 640/480...actually most mame and arcade games look best like that anyway. But I would still recommend making a new setup/computer for the blast city
  17. Be sure to check out the DOS wheels project as well, we are pretty close to releasing a pack. There are A LOT of wheels in there and some top 100 lists have been looked at. So you can always filter by wheel image to get the set smaller. And yes...it's named from the eXoDOS set.
  18. And some systems need the ESC key for certain stuff, like PC and DOS games where ESC very often is the menu key. And if you have ESC as the exit key it will just quit the game instead of opening the menu.
  19. I still don't see what the problem is? You want a main menu without any wheels in it right? and go to MAME wheel when you press enter? I did just that, I just made a transparent wheel (posted below) and put it in the Main Menu wheel folder (Hyperspin/Media/Main Menu/Images/Wheels) and only had MAME in HyperHQ. That gave me the MAME Main Menu theme with no wheel visible and when I press Enter I get to the games...am I missing something here? blank PNG:
  20. Like I said, I haven't had problems at all but one of those builds are inside a NES console and only have onboard gpu so I haven't even tried ps2 on that one.
  21. Check out simplyaustins video on cheap emulator pc build. I built two of them before the video and they are great. The pentium G3258 is unlocked, cheap and easy to overclock. My builds run at 4,2-4,5GHz might not run all PS2 games but I have had no problems so far.
  22. I think there is an xbox arcade app, but not hyperspin as that's PC/Android only. But people are using an Nvidia Shield with Hyperspin so that might be an option since it's just 200$. But you can get a perfectly adequate PC for less than 200$ as well.
  23. Welcome! Depends...if you have an old PC lying around you can probably use it for hyperspin and MAME and get a hell of a lot of arcade games running fine, then just build the cabinet and you're done. If you don't have an old PC, just buy a used one or a new cheap one with like a Intel G3258 and you'll be fine. I bought an old candy cab and converted it to an Hyperspin cab so that's an option if you know where to find a scrapped old arcade cab. 700 should be fine for a basic build.

  25. The problem seems to be that the folder selection window doesn't re-size. I didn't see it either until I maximized the application window, then it appeared. Not sure if it's because of the screen size or because I hadn't maximized the window?
