  1. Hi There, I am hoping I am posting in the right area. I have approx 30,500+ mame roms. Originally when I did the first import and selected to merge the roms, it only showed that I had about 4600 roms. I knew that was not the case. After I turned on Auto Update Roms and restarted Hyperspin, it took a bit of time but then it showed me that I had 70000+ roms. When I reviewed my list it showed that a lot of games had 2, 3 or even 4 of the same roms. I exited out of Hyperspin CL and went to load it again and it did not work. I am running this on a Windows 11 Pro OS by the way. I went into Task Manager and saw that the processes where stuck so I ended the processes and then I was able to load Hyperspin CL again. It did not merge the roms together and it is still showing that I have 70,000+ games. I left it overnight to update all the roms and everything else and this morning the same thing. Went to close and reopen and still have the same issue where the processes are just stuck in the background, so I have to manually kill them to run Hyperspin CL. I have selected the latest Mame Emulator when I was doing the setup for Mame. Steps to recreate: On the Systems tab click on the + Select MAME Type ROM path Select MAME version (latest) Do not change any of the settings for the ROM import except to Merge Duplicated Roms Do not select any of the SKIP options on either screen Add the System Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide for this issue.
  2. So I think I have solved my issue. I went into settings and enabled auto import. once the first cycle of imports completed. I closed down HQ. I went into Task Manager and killed off any HQ processes and then started HQ again. Waiting and then auto import starter. I now have 29900 + roms added to HQ Mame.
  3. I have the same issue. I have loaded my mame roms with the version of Mame that I used in Hyperspin 1 with rocketlauncher and it has found 9074 but all up I have over 30,500 roms. I did not check to merge duplicate roms so I am not sure why I am missing so many? Some roms are in folders but over 95% are as a zip file. Would love to hear if anyone else is having this same issue. I have already deleted and added them multiple times trying different settings but same result.
  4. Hi everyone, I have been using Hyperspin for many years now but only new to the community. I am so excited to update to Hyperspin 2. The original hyperspin was really hard to setup but once it is done, we spent hours playing all the old school games. Reliving my youth.
