Great project you’ve got going there! Migrating from a Windows XP Hyperspin setup to a Windows 10 machine is totally doable — and your experience with RetroPie will help a lot. Copy over entire Hyperspin and Emulator folders to your new PC. Keep original folder paths or update them in the emulator config files and RocketLauncher. If using RocketLauncher, make sure to install it cleanly on the Win10 system and import your configs. Test iPAC input on the new machine. You can open Notepad and press buttons—if you see letters/arrow keys/etc., it's working.
