I guess I am not understanding this part " there is no option to put the animation in the right place" You can click and drag them where you want them on the timeline -

It's actually not that bad...spend the morning sorting/setting up the artwork,and then the afternoon putting it together...hypertheme is pretty easy to use when you go in with everything ready to drag&drop
