Android Hyperspin patch files for HFSBox15k starter-pack

This alt-community did a nice job with this release.  With some minor fixes and additions, it works great on Android too.

thank you but the configuration is broken for *.ini for CPS3 Cave, IGS polygame, also all the shorcut with mame 2014.

and for sega stv mame is very slowly (with "normal" mame core)

i dont find mame 2014 in core of retroarch i have just  mame 2003 and mame git

The mame2014 core should be faster than the mame core (which is why I suggested it).

The retroarch buildbot is broken but I do expect the core will return soon.

I didn't test MameReloaded emulator because I worried the roms might mismatch.

I don't know how complex the problem is but the retroarch team is aware of the problem.  I expect a fix soon.

The core should never have disappeared -- that was another accidental issue.
