MAME wizard will not download and install new copy of MAME 0.284

I would like to add that it's not just the most recent version of MAME.  It's all versions of MAME.  The most recent version is not a contributing factor to the issue.

I just noticed that you are reporting this on version 2.0.34.  This is also occurring in the latest version, 2.0.150, which I had reported just before your report.  I almost feel this may be a connection issue as opposed to a coding issue.
