Couple of bugs
1) Marquee display is set to OFF on every system by default, even after globally disabling it. Must be turned on (either ON or Inherit) per system after the system is imported
2) marquee display 'stretch' setting seems to do nothing. Images don't scale to screen side correctly.
3) HyperMarquee plugin refused to download on one of my cabinets. I ended up just copying the files from another cabinet install to work around it.
