Sega Hikaru Complete (Themes+Videos+Wheels)

Here is a complete setup for Sega Hikaru I made a while back since I never could find one. It has the wheel art, videos, and themes. Works with newest Hyperlist 03/09/2016. Overall It's a pretty standard theme, but I also added in the arcade machines for each game to make it look nicer. All the gameplay videos I took from Youtube and trimmed them. Hope you guys like it.
