@bucksoverfame has requested me to share Wahlap system medias so here it is.
As you know Wahlap is a game developer based in China and 3 games have been emulated until now: Storm Racer G, Storm Rider and Rampage (2018). I was not sure about this last one but I asked for in Emuline forums and seems to be correct under Wahlap.
This is a video sample of the system, all the game themes by @Trymado so credits to him. The video also contains some gameplay:
