Cannot Log into HyperBase through HyperSync

Hi guys,

 

Been a while since I've worked on my Hyperspin setup.  Just went to log into HyperSync and I get an error: "Could not Verify Hyperspin membership, check your credentials and try again."  I've been a Platinum member for a couple years now so I don't know what the deal is.

 

I can log into my account on Hyperspin's website without any issues.  Hypersync also seems to log me into EmuDrivers without a problem, just not Hyperspin/Hyperbase .... please advise.

Folks I found the answer to my own problem.  If you are having this same issue make sure that your password that you set for your login credentials does not contain any special characters !!!!  If both the FTP and HyperSync don't allow special characters then I have no idea why in the hell the Hyperspin login website allows special characters.  UUUuuurrrgghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
