Turn subwheel into executable wheel

I accidentally clicked make it a subwheel when I added a system. I'd like it to but an executive wheel so when I click it, it doesn't go to a subwheel. Which setting in the ini allows for this? Is there a way to fix it or do I just delete the wheel and remake it?
