PCSX2 Runs in RL but not HS?

So I thought PCSX2 was working but now it is not. I run games in RL and it works perfect. But in HS the games load but there is a black screen and the game is heard in the background? Any suggestions? I am running bezels and it almost seems in HS the bezel is overtop of the game.
