mange181 Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Hi folks! im having issues with hyperspin. it lag and when stick is pushed to scroll to next game in hangs and just keep going. If the gamelist is long for the system it tend to lag more. in smaler lists it kinda ok. so im thinking about my harware. if its ok to run smooth or if i need to upgrade? im running win7. fresh and not mutch on. standard hdd (no sdd) intel Celeron 2.7ghz 2 gb ram grafic card: nvida gforce 230 As you can see nothing fancy. But what does hyperspin need?
mange181 Posted November 26, 2015 Author Posted November 26, 2015 so there were no support for joystick before in hs? I use 1.4 beta. joystick do work but its laging. If i use the keyboard it works perfect. im guessing i need to get a third part program to bind this for me. But ghutch92's startup script is now inplemented in hs that does this? is it this script that actualy make my joystick work but not that good? Im loset here. please schead some light on this strange issue.

You're moving in the right direction though. Use a program like joytokey to map controller buttons to keys. Then use the startup script to make sure the mapper opens with HS.
