walteric Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 When I launch a steam game via HyperLaunch HQ, it works but after 30 seconds I get an error about waiting window ahk_pid. However the game is still playing in the background... I read things "fade" but I don't see it in Emulator / Edit System Specific Module Settings. Is it possible to do something to for that specific game?
rastan Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 I use to have a problem like that with Taito X games.. you probably need to set the wait. I can't exactly remember but in the settings for the game you point the wait to the GAME.EXE or whatever file. hopefully someone else can explain it better.
rastan Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Set the AppWaitExe (point that to the GAME.EXE or whatever file name) then set the ExitMethod (I use Process Close AppWaitExe) Go into the global settings (I assume you're using PC Launcher) choose the game and change the settings
walteric Posted December 6, 2015 Author Posted December 6, 2015 Great! Thanks! It works for 3 games with that problem. To exit, if I use appWaitExe the game continues in background. So, I leave the default exit method of the arcade cabinet configuration, it seems working without changing it. PS: I finished Rastan (except the last level after the dragon) in arcade rooms in my teenage time
