Hyperspin moves the wheel when I launch a game, causing new video to play while playing games

Ok, so I've been using Hyperspin for a LONG time. I recently decided to set up my cabinet from scratch because so much has changed since I started and I'm tired of band-aiding new updates - I wanted to start from scratch.

First off, BIG thank you to Simply Austin for all his tutorials, and mega downloads.

Ok, so now my issue. I have everything mostly working, but one problem I haven't fixed is that when I hit the button to launch a game, the wheel instantly moves up one to show the game above the one I picked. The game I picked launches fine, but behind it, hyperspin starts playing the video for the other game.

I think this is related to this issue https://www.reddit.com/r/HyperSpin/comments/3q672x/game_video_plays_in_background_if_game_launched/ where if you launch a game before a video starts playing the video plays in the background. For me though, it doesn't matter how long I wait before launching the game because as soon as I do, the wheel moves and the video starts playing.

I seem to remember having this problem in the past, but I don't remember how I fixed it. I thought I remembered some setting like "spin the wheel on game launch" but that would be too obvious...Any help?

I am running Hyperspin with RocketLauncher - both freshly grabbed from their respective websites.

Hi,

I had the same issue. To resolve it, I think it's in hyperHQ, "controls", "keyboard", set "keyboard Delay" to " Disabled". Hope it will solve your problem

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it, but unfortunately I still have the same problem. Any other ideas?

Turns out it was because I had spinner navigation enabled for the Hyperspin menu. Disabled the spinner and problem went away. Thanks!
