mini ipac and wireless controller help!

Need help

 

I am switching to an ipac mini.  My set-up is 2 player 8 button each + track ball.  I also have two xbox wireless gamepads.

 

Having issues switching to make it all work. 

 

Would like the 2 controller with ipac to be player 1 and 2 for and xbox player 3 and 4.  Trying to set it up for when I do not use the pedestal (ipac  controllers) that you can also use xbox controller for player 1 and 2.   (Hope that makes sense) 

 

Anyone willing to help me out.  Teamviewer preferred but any help would be appreciated.
