JoeyRewind Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 I've just installed HyperSpin 1.4 with RocketLauncher on my Windows 10 (64-bit Pro) computer as instructed by the Simply Austin Youtube video below: There were no issues with the installation and HyperSpin loads as expected with one exception: My X-Arcade Tank Stick doesn't let me navigate. The wheel just cycles around and I cannot stop it. I have already set up the controls in HyperHQ as a keyboard controller and I was successfully able to assign my buttons, etc. but once I load up HyperSpin, the joystick does not respond. Not sure why. Any ideas how to get this to work? I had a similar setup with Windows 7 and didn't have a problem. Is there a file I should check? Any troubleshooting guidance would be greatly appreciated. Please help!
dreborn Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 first off, with the crazy scrolling, try opening up HyperHQ, go to Controls, and then disable your spinner. close hyperhq and restart HyperSpin. see if that fixes crazy scrolling
JoeyRewind Posted January 24, 2016 Author Posted January 24, 2016 Thanks... Disabling the trackball allowed me to navigate with the joystick. I think my trackball settings are handled by MAME for the games anyway. I appreciate the help!
