How Do You Turn Off The Navigation/Instruction Animations At The Bottom Of The Screen?

as far as I can recall:

 

For all the animated flash at the bottom: delete all the .swf files in Media\...\Images\Special for every system

 

For the game info: Edit the config files in \Settings, they can just partly be turning it off in HyperHQ
