Flickering black lines in SSF emulator in game (Saturn)

Hello,

Been using SSF for a while no problems.

Recently been getting black horizontal flickering lines.

 

Only thing I can think of that's changed is I used to have win 7 ultimate 32bit and now have a clean install of win 7 ultimate 64bit.

 

Also the lines as shown below aren't necessarily perfect horizontal...can be random and seems to be from the background image of a game.

In case anyone is interested...

This happened in the latest revesion R4.  I went back a revision in SSF to R3 and have no more glitches.

Same for me when I tried. I've not messed with R4's settings to try to fix it though so it may be something in there.
