HyperSpin 1.4 Mame 0.170 build v1.05 (QUESTIONS)

So Im actually interested in this build bc i want to get mame running on my HS Set up. The only thing is I started my HS set up already and have some consoles done. So how can i get this on my HyperSpin set up without hurting all the stuff i already did? is that possible and also what does this download actually support. Like does it have everything i need for MAME or do i still need to reach out places to get all the artwork/videos/other stuff...
