RetroArch defocus

Hello lads. For some odd reason my HS started to act weirdly. Whenever I try to run something trough HS (retroarch) the game starts but it instantly switches to HS (without closing the game or any error). It just defocuses from the game to HS. Any ideas what might cause that? Also it seems like HL messes up my RA settings. It ignores the aspect ratio (even if set trough HL), it will not fit all games to bezel and so on.

 

Edit: When I'm in HS whenever I try to alt+tab it will bring me back to HS. oO Also it will NEVER enable bezels at default even if it's set to do so.

 

Edit 2: From my observation it looks like bezels are targeting the HS itself. It also happens with RL/HL when I try to launch the game from there. It will fit the bezel to RL/HS. Now thats weird. 

 

Forgot to add this is only happening with MAME core.

Sometimes they will work but very rarely, the random nature of this is just odd. Most of the times though it will target HS as the main image for bezels.
