JaysonKrause Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Looking to build a NES PC and was wondering first what's Best OS to run Hyperspin in first off ! I also want to run Hyperspin on Win7 Laptop and make it strictly for OLD SCHOOL emulators, I have all the NES roms and tried getting everything working in Hyperspin but can't get everything working! Do I need Hypersnyc for it to work? I was hoping to test everything out on my Win10 Laptop first any suggestions?
JaysonKrause Posted March 25, 2016 Author Posted March 25, 2016 Ok I figured out why it wasn't Loading had to rename roms and compress to 7z not sure if there is a quicker way but renaming over 1000 is gonna take time
lovegunner9982 Posted March 27, 2016 Posted March 27, 2016 Google Don's hyperspin tool. In the tools available is an app that auto renames all your Roms with a click of a button to match the database file that you have for each system. Check it out, it saved me hours of time!

Everyone is, understandably, more focused on the whole arcade experience.As a kid from '88 though, arcades were all but gone when I was around. It's all about that experience of sitting in front of the TV with a controller in my eyes.Someday I hope to make an Arcade cabinet that is 100% based on MAME though.
