Qsound.bin error when laundhing from hyperspin

Hello guys im having an issue when running street fighter alpha 1-3 in mame when launching from hyperspin. i have the correct files cause when i run from mame the games load up fine, but when i run from within hyperspin i get the qsound.bin not found error. has anyone else had this issue. thanks.

I think what I did was I put the qsound.bin file into the zip file with the rest of the rom files. I had to do this for each rom that gave me that error. Seemed to work for me.

yeah the file is in there, cause i can run just fine when i launch the from just mame, but when i start hyperspin then the game from there i get the error..

i have several games that say they need qsound.bin I have looked and looked for this file but can not find it I even extracted the roms to see if it was their it is not I also tried to download the games from several different sites to see if it was just a bad rom but none work what am I doing wrong I am running mameui64 v0.152

go here to grab it emuparadise and look up qsound

your best to download a complete split mame romset cause your gonna run into many problems like i did such as youl be needing namco20 namco 50 etc etc to run galaga and basics and such i would advise you to go download them from pleasuredome then you can run mame games with no probs.

I did look at several sites in the mame bios for that file with no luck it would be nice to have a site or post that says all the bios you need and for what game and were to get them as I did google qsound in several ways with no luck in finding it and when you are new to mame it can be very overwhelming

I did look at the pleasuredome web site and read a lot of threads here for it I do have some console roms that I got one by one but do not think I have a lot to offer when you have to have a 1 to 1 ratio to not get kicked from the site I have looked for sets from other sites and it is not easy to find most you find is download one at a time or with the consoles I have found that when you get a set you have to go threw it and have a bunch of junk you do not need or have to rename a lot I found it to be faster to just get them one by one it could be just me but that's what I found I have only been doing this for a year and have put together complete sets for nes,snes,n64,master system,genisis,turbo grafx,neogeo,and most of gba but when it comes to mame that's a lot of roms and I have read you should get sets for your version of mame just some thoughts I had and thank you for your help and hope this post will help many other ppl with same problems
