jvlk
You can always download uptodate Databases manually for all the systems. http://hyperlist.hyperspin-fe.com/ Place them in your Hyperspin/Databases/system name folders.

Anpanman
I just did a test run of hypersync using a very stripped down HS install. I found more often than not that my crappy install did not have some of the media folders linked to them. Here is how i got around this. Maybe it will work for you. At the home tab, click on the arcade icon Find the system that does not sync, at the bottom click 'drop system'. Close that window Go back to the arcade icon and the system should now be greyed out. Click on it to setup the system. At the upper right hand corner, it should have found the media folder that correspond to that system. If it did not, click on the drop down menu, find the system and click 'Set'. Be sure to click set or it won't set the folder. close the window an now to go the sync tab. Manually attempt to sync the system that was giving you trouble.
