ePSXe200 works by itself, but hangs in RocketLauncher

I am using the latest version of ePSX.  Games boot fine from Emulator, but hangs in RL..It stays stuck on black screen with PSX controller in the upper right hand corner.

 

Anyone have a remedy for this?

In RL settings for Sony Playstation -

 

Daemon Tools to false

Use SCSI to true

Skip checks to false

Thank you, but that didn't work.  Any other ideas that might work?
