Hello guys i have a little problem that i just can't figure out!

I'm trying to make a SNES game list, so after getting all the roms and renamed them after the .xml file i downloaded from here SNES Database (it took me ages to rename all the ROMs!) :(

Anyway, after renaming all my ROMs some games appear in Hyperspin but not everything.. When i lauch RocketLauncherUI it says that it found 207 games (which is all the SNES games i have). But when i open Hyperspin there is some games missing, for instance, i can see Mortal Kombat 1 and 3, but 2 is for some reason missing.. Also with Donkey kong country, i can see DK 1 and 3 but not 2...

There is also many games that is missing...

I've been playing around with the Hyperspin/Database/SNES/ and using Don's Hyperspin Tools to create a new Hyperlist specifically on those ROMs i currently have.. After creating a new XML and put it in the database folder it still won't find the same games as before..

What can i do to fix this? :(

Are you sure they are named exactly? I use the Rom renamed in hylerspin tools, also hyperspin rom manager, that works good as well. Also if you just leave the stock XML in hyperspin ( the one with every game listed) you can use hyperhq goto wheel setting select super Nintendo and then select navigation/themes and wheel filter by roms only, just make sure to tell it which directory your roms are in on the emulator tab.

Yes that's the thing, they are named exactly as the database Xml file... But it still doesn't find some of the games..

I forgot to mention that I also used the rename tool and the rom manager, still the same result :(

Yea "Roms only" button was already checked in hyperHQ, but I still have same problem...

Is there any XML file I should change?

I just can't figure it out :(

Make sure that you don't have the Themes Only or Wheels Only filters on in HyperHQ, those will hide games without wheel art or themes. Also make sure that your rompath and extensions are set correctly. If your have some roms that are zip, some that are 7z, etc make sure that all extensions are listed.

Thank you!!! By unchecking "Wheels Only" it found the games that were missing! :D

It never occurred to me that i also had to rename the Wheels image... Apparently i have to rename some of Wheels and cartridge images...

Do you think that the Rename tool inside Don's Hyperspin tools is enough? :)

Did you open the XML you made of your roms an check to see the games that are not showing up are listed? I just use the XML from the hyperspin online database and use the roms only option in hyperhq.
