Analogs not working in HS 1.4

After updating to windows 10 the analogs on my wireless 360 pad no longer function in HS. All other buttons on the pad function and i am reduced to using the D pad to navigate which is quite clunky. 

 

Are there any files i should redownload or something that might fix it? I have had a look at the Main menu.ini but nothing looks out of place. 

 

Any advice appreciated
