Been away a while,need help with Mame bezel/monitor setup

Guys i have been away quite a while from HS....I have just updated RL in about 3 months.....Anyways everything seems to work still so far in my HS setup apart from the Mame Bezel/Video setup.

 

When i go to start a game that runs Via Mame,the game starts fine but within a bezel.Now the bezel seems to be squeezed further into the screen making the game window smaller than usual and surrounding the bezel is large black bars:

 

1.How do i enable bezel to fit correctly again? ie No massive black bars first then small bezel?

 

2.Also My main problem is the Game Video: Now when the game starts it seems to play within a CRT looking monitor with Scanlines,although this is Retro looking the whole colour scheme looks washed out (every game) It looks as if the brightness and contrast are way way to high....Street Fighter 2 is that bad it looks like massive sun glare and i cant see the characters....how do i get it back to normal colouring or setting? HD even? i like the retro look as much as some HD looking gaming.
