Cannot find main menu.xml

Tonesmalone reckons he can help me out I know he shouldn't have to but I'm very grateful for any pointers...I think I would struggle starting from scratch to be honest.

One pointer would be to not let too many fingers in the pie. Stick with Tonesmalone's advice. Unless, of course, the original seller decides to "help" you.

Just shows how good the community is around here. It would be harder to hate these drive sellers if they actually did a decent job.

Well, add me to those that can't find that pesky MainMenu xml file.

I DID start fresh.  I downloaded Hyperspin133, installed it, downloaded the 1.4.16 upgrade, and overlaid it.  I changed the settings.ini file to show the path of where my RocketLauncher is.  I try to run HyperSpin, and I get a brief error telling me it can't find mainmenu.xml (or something like that).  It then completes it's little intro movie, and then just shows a black screen stating the same.

I'd heard this was a bit of a bear to get going, but, I'm nothing if not persistent !

i did that and am up and running.  Well, HyperSpin and RocketLauncher are running.  Now on to getting a system or two and a few games to start.
