game missing from hyperspin wheel (playstation 2)

recently i've gotten a few playstation 2 games (really few) and when i run it on my rocketlauncher it works fine. when i load it from hyperspin it also runs fine. however when i set in hyperHQ to "roms only" 1 of the game disappears (soul calibur 2). as i have less than 10 games i can clearly see it missing. however if i dont tick the "roms only" box in hyperHQ i can see it in the wheel and can run it fine too so its not missing in my database. any help would be appreciated~

I've also just noticed this the other day and cant get to the bottom of it, I have the correct extensions listed in hyperhq and all games don't show up if I use ROMs only. They show up green when I audit them in rocketlauncher, they launch no problem, and I even checked the database to see make sure enabled is set to true in the XML.

The games missing for me that I noticed are "Zoda's Revenge - Star Tropics II (USA)" ON nes and both "WWE Wrestlemania X8 (USA)" and "WWE Wrestlemania XIX (USA)" for GameCube

There are probably more I haven't noticed tho, is there any other reasons the games might not be showing up when selecting ROMs only in HyperHQ?

for my case it was capitalization of the letters. most of my file formats are in lower case letters but this particular game happen to be ".ISO instead of .iso"
