no payment type option when checking out

hey guys, so i got my mame arcade set up perfectly, now its media time meaning artwork and such

i want to purchase the platinum membership, but when i go to step 2 for comfirm and pay... there is no payment option.. its just a white box... any help would be awsome.. i did not receive and email either
