Error when trying to launch anygame

Can anyone help! 

I get this error when trying to open any game. 

I also had a problem with no into when starting hyperspin. But fixed that when I reinstalled Hyper HQ and enabled the into video on the startup tab. 

Note: I can launch the games in Rocket launcher UI in the games tab.  Although in the emulator global menus all the list has errors. But don't know if this has anything to do with the error I'm getting

have you got the rom extension set in hyper hq ?

This error has only happened  in the last few days, the machine is not connected to the internet. Really strange?

here is my global setting ini and settings ini. The settings ini does not look like it should?

 

can you send me what it should be so i can over right the file?

I can still launch from within RL

Some games work now in RL and in Hyperspin

Some games systems e.g. Nintendo 64 come up with the same error in RL &HS

I have fixed the problem. I had an error on dtlite which fixed when I re installed it. I also had 7z enabled which wasn't needed for most systems.
