Ipac4 setup noob

I'm embarrassed to have to post for this but can't figure out my noon mistake. Ultimarc site isn't helping me . I just finished my 4 player pedestal arcade and wired up all buttons. How do I get the ipac to function with hyperspin. I boot into mame and nothing works. Do I have to configure something in mame or rocketlauncher or hyperhq or what? I feel it's probably obvious, but I'm missing something easy! I just don't know what to do now that my arcade is wired and computer hyperspin ready!. Ive been working on this project for 8 montha as i can and its finally almost done..Thanks for the help!

Hi,

Ipac 2 and 4 come with preset codes

" When the board is first powered on, it contains a pre-loaded code set. This matches the MAME default key codes as the table above indicates. For many users there is no need to do any re-assignment, just power up and play."

http://www.ultimarc.com/ipac2.html

Reassigning keycodes

This is done using WinIPAC V2. For full instructions: http://www.ultimarc.com/winipacv2.html
I-PAC boards support left/right mouse buttons plus game controller buttons, volume up/down, power, sleep and wake, in addition to keyboard keys. Extensive macro support is available.

I use the IPD, Interactive Panel Designer.

Thank you very much for the help lucky1 . I really appreciate it. It ended up being that the driver didn't install properly. I had delete it and start over .
