Hypersync won't find wheel art/videos for all manufacturers?

Hi guys

I'm continuing to setup my systems wheel with all of the arcade classics manufacturers....but finding that I can't sync wheel art and emumovies to some of the manufacturers...

Process:

For each system I'm trying to add, I'm doing the following:

1. Editing the main settings C:\HyperSpin\Databases\Main Menu\Main Menu.xml  and adding my new system (Ex. "Sega Classics")

2. Creating an .ini file for the new system and putting it the folder: C:\HyperSpin\Settings\Sega Classics.ini

3.  Downloading the XML for that system manufacturer -

Since it appears that the hyperlist website is down:

I've instead been downloading the XML from the "Hypermedia" section of the download page, so continuing our Sega Classics example, I would get it from here:

4. I put the xml file in the following places:

C:\HyperSpin\Databases\Sega Classics

C:\HyperSpin\RocketLauncher\RocketLauncherUI\Databases\Sega Classics

5. I open up RocketLauncherUI and I configure the ROM paths for that particular system (ex. Sega Classics) and set the default emulator to MAME, I run the audit and it finds all of the games

6. Finally, I open up Hypersync, click the arcade symbol, choose to setup the "Sega Classics" system, default all, I make sure NOT to click "Update Database" as this will delete the XML from the database folder.....then I go to "Sync", choose the Sega Classics system and choose sync all media. It will then say "No new media found" and then end result is no wheel art/emu movies for that particular system (in this example, "Sega Classics", see image attached).

I'm seeing this with other systems as well...does anyone know what step I'm missing? Thanks for any help...
