Ultimarc controler + XBOX Wireless best configuration

Hi all! Hi have an Ultimarc Ultimate I/O Board for 2 players and 2 XBOX Wireless controllers. I would like to know the best way to set up all together:

If is a 2 Players game, i would like to choose if i want to play with gamepad or joystick (same for both players)

If is a 4 Players game, i would use 2 joystics for Player 1 and 2, and gamepads for Player 3 and 4.

I had it like this with xpadder, but now i use WinIPAC i don't know how can i do it. Can i mix WinIPAC + Xpadder?
