back after a few years and on another project with LED's have no idea what program to use or how to set this up can someone post a link please

ok well followed the setup on the program in post #2 and i still cant get it running ??? nothing lights up ?

I have a ledpac 16 input on the left their are numbered +,1-8 on the right is +,9-16 I have all the led jumped on each half and the other side plugged into 1-7 same with the p2 side but also don't have the power light glowing coils it be a bad board?
