Where the hell did this bezel come from

The two most played game on my cab are samurai showdown and golden tee.  (the cab is 10 years old and we play sam show 4 and golden tee 2k, so we are upgrading) I only have two goals to finish this computer before it goes in to our new cab. 1. get samurai showdown 5 special to play stretched. I know all you purists just gasped in horror. I like most fighting games stretched to fill the screen, I think it looks OK. Regardless, I fired up the computer today to play around with Sam Show  5 special just to dream a little and now its got a huge bezel around it. What the hell, that was not there before. So I shut off the computer and started it back up and now its even worse, I have a 27" monitor and now the screen is only 5"x5". I must of hit a wrong button somewhere. Please help!
