Cannot create mame list.xml with don's hyper tools

Wanting to cut down on the games on my mame wheel every time I try to create a mame list.xml I get an error that say cannot find the mame.exe the path it gives me is correct and the .exe is there anyone had this problem before??

I found some had the same problem and mentioned the wrong path in Hyperlaunch but never posted their solution.

Checked my set up and everything is working fine and looks right to me

i know its an old post , but i had to use fatmatch to do this , just google search it
