Sega ST-V - troubleshooting

I am trying to run sega stv through mame, but it doesnt seem to work?  The only error I see is something about gdip.ahk but not sure what is wrong.

i remember setting that up as a separate wheel but removed it since all the games were in mame anyway. it should just work with no problems at all but if you're still running into problems.. just add a new mame wheel but rename it Sega-TV or whatever and just use the sega-tv media and database files since all the games are in mame already (assuming you have a full mame set)
