Multiple (unusual) systems in one wheel...

So I have two wheels for Pinball Arcade and Pinball FX2

I'd quite like to set up just a single, pinball wheel, which loads either of these as required.
I know how this would be done with standard emulators, but seems these are really reliant on the ahk and not sure how that would work...

Any ideas?

Ah, but the systems don't work like everything else - for example one of them all roms come up a red in RL as they run as a series of commands to load up from the ahk (i.e. it loads the game, and sends a series of commands to set the right table in the system)

But, how to I assign two modules to one system? And how does it know which to use?
