Running .bat files from main menu

I know we can setup the main menu to launch .exe files instead of going into a sub-wheel.

I'm trying to find some solution so that I can run a .bat file when I select an option on the main menu.

I tried changing the .bat extension to .exe lol but obviously that didn't do squat haha.

Any ideas?

I hadn't considered that lol. HyperHQ wasn't letting me proceed with choosing the .bat as the executable.

So it now 'runs' the bat.... BUT the cmd window pops up for only a moment and then it closes without actually doing what the bat is supposed to do.

I know the .bat works, 'cause I can double click it.

This is my current settings file:

[exe info]
path=
exe=D:\autorun.bat
parameters=
pcgame=true
winstate=NORMAL
hyperlaunch=false

Any ideas?

Nevermind!

It was my .bat file afterall.

The path I had in there was a relevant path "\" instead of "D:\"
