when I unzip hyperspin unto my pc the hypertheme.exe disappears. I have tried the full install and the updated

First, are you looking in the HyperTheme or the HyperSpin root directory? It lives in the root directory unless moved. Is your antivirus removing it as a false positive? Try setting an exception.

yes antivirus is off and still disappeared is there another way I can get it

I wouldnt turn it off, just set a rule to exempt your Hyperspin and sub-dirs/drives, you get a few from emulators and tools also so best to do the whole lot.

And extract directly from your Compression tool don't drag and drop so things go to temp first.
