HyperMarquee on Windows XP?

Is there a way to run HyperMarquee on Windows XP.  Apparently, HyperMarquee requires .Net Framework 4.5.1, and this program is unable to run on Windows XP.  My Hyperspin machine is running Windows XP, and I really don't want to take the time necessary to update the entire Windows OS.  Thanks in advance for your help - this site is amazing!

if you care to look for the requirement. it was moving forwards that it would .net framework.

if you still seek to use XP, you would require to use the older version that that still meet XP needs
