Do I have all the required Visual C++ and .NET files? Pic of installed prgms

Hello,

been getting a 'SidebySide' error.  Was wondering if I have all the Visual C++ , .NET programs/files that are required, especially for HS.

Here is a scrnshot of installed programs:

 

btw, not sure why on my pc I have .NET Framework 4.7 (french version)...will go back and delete
